Description:   E R Pfretzschner  intermediate viola.   This is a real viola  and not a re-strung violin.   Made in 1953.    It is in excellent condition.  Re-varnished with a gloss oil varnish.    Fine-to-medium grained spruce top.   Flamed, two-piece maple back.    All fittings ebony.   Inlaid purfling.    Super Sensitive metal strings.
