Description: Neuner & Hornsteiner   Mittenwald   (Baiern)   1880.   Almost 130 years old and not a crack anywhere.   Slightly flamed one-piece maple back; moderately narrow-grained one-piece top.   Spirit varnish is clearly worn in places and back of scroll has some pitting.   Very good workmanship.   Ebony fingerboard.   Rosewood pegs fitted in new peg bushings, rosewood tailpiece and chinrest (not shown.   Bright tone.   ProArte strings.
