Description:  European violin made in Reghin, Romania in 2006.  Fine to medium grained two-piece spruce top and a slightly flamed, two-piece medium-grained maple back.    Ebony  fittings.  Lacquered finish.  Metal Prelude strings are installed on this violin but note that the tailpiece has no fine tuners.  That's because the pegs are Knilling Perfection planetary pegs.    These pegs make tuning precise and effortless and they are not affected by temperature and humidity.  Players and teachers will enjoy this feature.  Fine, bright sound.

Cost: $399
