- The neck and endblock are one-piece
- Note the narrow and deep pegbox
- The top is a two-piece, wide grained spruce
- The back is two-piece, somewhat flamed maple
- It has no purfling and the channel is quite deep
- The f-holes do not have nicks to indicate the string length
- One piece lower rib

- Rosewood-overlaid, quite flat fingerboard boxwood pegs, tailpiece and chinrest
- Imitation bone endbutton
- Great sound
